I would tell others that the expense is well worth the difference I have seen in my lawn. I was doing my own lawn maintenance and find that the service I get is really a value as the cost competes with what it would cost if I did the work myself.

The experience was seamless, from sign up to the app giving me appointment updates. I do think I'm going to call back and have the weeds treated again as they're still going strong. I do notice a color difference.

My lawn is looking the best it's ever looked in 3 years. I had a glitch or two with TruGreen this season but they responded right away to correct the issue and made it right!! They have a new mobile app that allows me to track the tech on the day of my service to more accurately determine his arrival time so I am not sitting around waiting for him. That works out great for me.

Trugreen is a very reliable service. They notify the customer in advance of each service and than check with the customer on the day of the application. Results of the applications are as advertised and tips are provided concerning your lawns condition.

TruGreen service really works. Your lawn will thicken, turn a beautiful green and have minimum to no weeds. The best part is they will make a return visit if weeds or problems.

I think using TruGreen for 49 years speaks for itself on how excellent they have cared for our lawn. Everyone is always complimenting us on how nice our lawn looks and that it is the best looking yard in the neighborhood.

They give you a written description of the work they provided. Then they follow up to confirm that you are satisfied. They do an exceptional job.

We've had TruGreen lawn & shrub service for several years and have been very happy with it. Last year we added mosquito treatments and we're able, for the 1st time in 20 years, to sit out on our deck all summer without getting eaten alive!

My lawn generally looks good. Attention to weed control could be improved. The last time I mentioned weed control to the person servicing my lawn, an additional treatment was made to the area where I pointed out the weeds, and it not only killed the weeds, but killed the lawn. So, I hesitate to specifically point out areas that need additional attention.

The service I had before TruGreen did not even ask me why I was canceling my service with them after they burned up my yard while I was out of town. When I had concerns that your weed control was not working very well on my yard TruGreen responded quickly to rectify the situation until I was satisfied. I appreciated the fact that my business was important enough to TruGreen to work with me until my needs were met. It is rare to find such dedication to service these days.

It was a good experience. Trugreen provided everything they were supposed to per my contract. They provided their service in a timely and professional manner. They notified me in advance to indicate when they would be providing there service and followed up after each application to make sure I was satisfied or if I had any questions. I could not be more pleased.

My wife and I purchased our retirement home and the yard was a sea of yellow dandelions and other assorted weeds. Contacting TruGreen to tackle this problem was the best decision I could have ever made. Now the yard looks beautiful green, full and the pride of the neighborhood. I have had TruGreen doing my lawn , trees, and bushes for two years. The people who come are very nice and helpful. TruGreen usually calls the day before a service to let me know someone will be coming out.I appreciate that since it lets me know to unlock the gate, and keep the dog in.My bushes and trees do look much better now! My lawn is still a work in progress. I am waiting for it to thicken up and fill in bare areas. Now weeds though! And TruGreen has come out for an extra trip when I needed. I appreciate that.

Chuck who provided the tree and shrub services at my house has been the most knowledgeable lawn guy I've every had. He made sure all my trees and bushes were well taken care of and it showed that he loves what he does.

The first 3 we paid by the application, but their service was sufficiently good that for the past 4 years we were confident enough in their expertise that we've been on the yearly Pre-Paid plan. Being retired and on a fixed budget, we appreciate that TruGreen's price increases are modest. Their technicians that work on our lawn are friendly, knowledgeable, and do a good job applying the applications I purchased. The few times I've had to call the office between applications for issues, I found the personnel to be friendly, thoughtful, and sympathetic to my needs, and they scheduled rework quickly. In summary, we've found TruGreen to be a dependable, economical, and customer-oriented company that has met our lawn-care needs.
